Destinations

We can arrange worldwide shipping. Checkout currently supports selected destinations. If no shipping option appears for your address, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and the shipping arrangements for your destination.

Shipping charges

Free shipping is available on orders of US$99 or more. For other orders, available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. If your eligible order does not show the free-shipping option, contact us before paying so we can confirm the correct shipping charge.

Dispatch from our U.S. warehouse

Orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse dispatch within 48 hours. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a delivery guarantee. This commitment applies to orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse, not to every fulfillment location.

Delivery time

Transit time depends on the destination, carrier and fulfillment location. International transit and customs processing can take additional time. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering; do not interpret dispatch time as an arrival date.
