Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. Free shipping is available on orders of US$99 or more. Available shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery are different

Orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse dispatch within 48 hours. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a delivery guarantee. It does not mean that an international order will arrive within 48 hours, or that every order is fulfilled from a local warehouse.

Delivery time depends on the destination, fulfillment location and carrier. If timing is important, contact us before ordering to ask about the specific item and destination.

30-day return requests

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Refund Policy.

Before sending an item back, email info@holafish.net with your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm the return instructions and address. Do not send a return before contacting us.
