Shipping questions

We ship worldwide. Free shipping is available on orders of US$99 or more. Orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse dispatch within 48 hours. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a delivery guarantee. Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Refund Policy. Email us before sending an item back so we can confirm the return instructions and address.
