Return Policy
CANCEL/CHANGE YOUR ORDER: 24 hours after the order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If we are unable to meet your request and you receive the item, please contact us after receiving the package so that we can process the return.
RETURN/EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT: Please contact us to get your refund after sending the product back. We support 60 Days Return/Exchange & Refund after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Products must be displayed in SALABLE condition with proof of purchase and photos.
REFUNDS: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you to the original payment method within 2 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING COSTS: Free Tax & Free Standard Shipping on all items.
SHIPPING LOCATION: We delivery to customers in U.S. Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International delivery is not available.
DELIVERY TIME: U.S.: 5-8 working days (FedEx/UPS). Ship in-stock orders usually within 2-3 business days. Shipping in transit 3-5 work days. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to customers once the order is shipped.
SHIPPING DELAYS: If you do not receive your package over 15 business days of the ship date, please contact support and we will start an investigation with the shipper.
